Singapore Deliveries - 2/3 working days
We offer FREE delivery in Singapore on orders over SG$80.
Orders below $80 will be delivered to you for $8 (fixed rate).

- For deliveries in Singapore, please note there will be an add-on surchage for the following destinations: Changi Airport Cargo (+$10), Sentosa (+$20), Jurong Island (+$75), Jurong Port (+$75), PSA (Restricted) (+$75), Shipyard (+$75), Mindef / Army camps / Ministry / DSTA / Embassy (+$75).
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the second attempt to deliver the goods to your home will be for FREE. Should you not be home again and require a third attempt, this cost will be borne by you.
- Please note that deliveries might take slightly longer during peak periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year seasons. We thank you for your kind understanding.

Returns Policy - For goods delivered in Singapore and Overseas
> Should you wish to return one or more items because you have changed your mind or are not fully satisfied (do let us know how we can help!), follow these steps:
1- email us using this form within 5 working days from the date the goods were delivered to your home;
2- Send us the item(s) within 14 working days. Goods must be unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct 30% off the original value of any item if they are returned scratched or dismantled;
3- Return shipping rate is at your own expense;
4- You will be refunded within 15 working days of our receipt of the goods.
> If you received an incorrect or defective item (we apologise for this!):
- Email us pictures of the item(s) with this form and your invoice number within 48 hours from the date you received the goods.
- Send us the item(s) within 14 working days.
- We will do our best to replace the item(s) if available, or give you a refund on the items within 15 working days.
